Mean Jean's house needs work

My Mom, Mean Jean is Fighting stage 4  throat cancer. And every time she is at home she gets sick. We believe that the house is making her sicker.
Over the last few years the house has been neglected and infested with roaches. I belive that because of the Foundation problems the basment has  mold in the carpet. Since we have our normal bills and the medical bills and her medicine.
We can't get rid of the bugs and mold and fix the broken walls, cabinets, foundation and replace all carpet. Would you please help us get the funds to have a cleaning company come out clean up the mold clean up the bugs. I do believe if we do all this she will have a better life at home as it stands right now she's at the hospital for a week then she comes home for 2 days and goes back to the hospital or a rehab because we believe that the house is making her sicker
