Good Things Come in 3's

Music Service Learning is thrilled to kick off our 3rd season! This year, we are seeking your support for our "Good Things Come in 3's" campaign.

 

We know that teachers today have a lot of added stress. To offer support, we believe that collegiate students can meaningfully contribute to the field of music education while also supplementing their college curricula. To date Music Service Learning interns have worked on projects supporting over 100 teachers and thousands of students!

 

Even with opportunities available, there is privilege associated with unpaid internships and many college students cannot afford to forgo a paying part-time job in favor of unpaid internship experiences. Your donation helps us eliminate inequity in volunteer-based experiences and provide access to collegiate students needing financial support. Imagine if all college students had access to these project opportunities. Not only would they receive exposure to varied music experiences prior to graduation, they would also help teachers and k-12 students in the process. With your support, we can start supporting collegiate students today. Help us expand access to opportunities, supplement collegiate education, and produce even greater music educators.

 

Your donation helps us build a triad of support between interns, teachers, and their students. Consider giving:

 

$50 - 3 paid internship hours

$150 - 3 paid internship weeks

$500 - 30 paid internship  hours

 

We are seeking a total of $15,000 to provide 30 semester-long scholarships this year.
