<div>On May 22nd, the Chutka family’s world was shattered. John Chutka, beloved husband, father, and friend, passed away unexpectedly at just 51 years old after a six-week battle in the hospital. His loss is devastating to all who knew him — especially his wife, Sara, and their three children: Alyssa, Braden and Caylee.

<div>John was the heart of his family — a steady, loving presence who worked hard to provide for them. He covered the majority of the household expenses, including their health insurance. Sara works as well and contributes in every way she can, but her job simply doesn't provide enough income to cover the full weight of the family’s needs on her own — especially now, with the unknown medical bills and life adjustments suddenly added to the mix.

<div>We’re coming together as a community to support Sara and the kids during this heartbreaking time. The funds raised will go directly toward:

</div>
<div>* Health insurance premiums and transitions (as Sara was under his insurance)

<div>* Short-term financial support while Sara adjusts to life as a single parent and explores long-term stability

<div>* Funeral and memorial service expenses have generously been covered by Skyline Construction, John’s employer.
