Our homie and hermano Edwin and his family are in need for your contribution. Edwin has been hospitalized since Friday August 31 and currently he is in the ICU. Edwin has a rare autoimmune syndrome/response to a virus or infection. It's a sudden and acute response by his immune system to attack his own nervous system. We know that Edwin will have a long hospital stay and later rehabilitation and healing process with physical and occupational therapy, and we know that Edwin and his family needs our help right now.
Edwin's wife Eneida and family and close friends have been a rock. Eneida has been an inspiration to us-- she's so strong and loving. And Edwin's friends have stayed with him through the nights. All his friends from far and wide and old and new have visited Edwin in shifts throughout the weeks. He's so appreciative of the love you've shown and we're so lucky to have Edwin in our lives.
Your donation will help Edwin's family with deductibles for his hospital and rehab stay outside of his health insurance, daily parking lot fees and gas for Edwin's family, and necessities and bills for Edwin, his wife and children.
