Imam Ali says, “Truly, poverty humiliates the soul, stuns the mind, and brings about endless anxieties”. He also says, “if poverty was a man, I would have killed him”.

Poverty is often defined by painful choices, such as paying bills or feeding your family, which is a dreadful position to be in. That's why we aim to provide nutritious, warm meals to people in need, especially during Eid festivities, the month of Ramadan, and other significant dates to ensure that no child has to go to bed hungry.

In war-torn countries the stresses of poverty are compounded by the catastrophic fallout from conflict and displacement. So even a little bit helps alleviate some of the suffering. By partnering with Ahlulbayt Foundation, we can reach out to the most vulnerable people, orphans, and families and show them that there are people around the world who care.
