Remembering Ginger/Rescuing Jackson

My name is Ginger. 
I had a bone biopsy, today.  I don't feel good.  My human, Dana, is working very hard to help me and provide the best care for me.  I have been sick for a while but have been able to mask it.  When I showed up on Dana's property, before it burned to the ground in a wildfire, she gave me water and she gave me food.  A couple of days later, I was invited into her home.  Ever since then, she has been my best fried.

Because Dana is very sensitive, she can hardly find the words she needs to ask for help...she doesn't want to impose.  I know she is trying to find  ways to stay home with me until we uncover what is going on with me, physically.  Dana has not been to the office in weeks.  She needs to be by my side during this trying time.

I miss our walks and hikes, and I miss seeing Dana's happy face.  Dana was late for June's housing payment.  And, she may not be able to pay for July.  Today's vet bill was paid by a long-time friend of hers because there are kind people in the world. Vet bills and pet medicine is very expensive.

So, with all humility that can be mustered, can you please help us?  Dana is alone and the only income of our household.  She is a strong lady but through the years, life has not been easy.  I'm worried...just in case I have to leave her alone.

By the grace of God, one friend reached out to help with today's vet bills.  But, I'm sure there will be more bills over the next several weeks as we continue on this path to discover exactly what is wrong.  Dana does not want to say the word, "cancer".
