<div><strong>Introduction: </strong>Hi, I’m Luke Taylor. On September 30, 2018, my life changed forever after a severe off-road vehicle accident left me paralyzed below my shoulders (quadriplegic). The accident not only took my independence but also my job, beloved dog, home, vehicles, retirement savings, and health insurance. My elderly parents, who have generously cared for me, have exhausted their retirement savings in the process.

<div><strong>Current Struggles</strong>: Since late summer 2020, I’ve been battling relentless neuropathic pain throughout my body, which worsened despite numerous treatments and spine cord surgeries. I’ve been diagnosed with Spinal Adhesive Arachnoiditis (SAA), Tethered Cord Syndrome, and Post Traumatic Syringomyelia—conditions that cause severe, constant, unmanageable pain.

<div>Currently, I am bedridden, and even sitting in my wheelchair for a few minutes causes unbearable pain.

<div><strong>Hope for Recovery:</strong> Dr. Scott Falci, a leading neurosurgeon at the Institute for Spinal Cord Injury in Englewood, Colorado, offers advanced surgical treatments that could potentially reverse my condition or at least halt its progression. Additionally, Dr. Sabrina Solt has had great success with stem cell therapy, which could help relieve my pain and aid in nerve regeneration. However, these treatments are costly and not covered by my government insurance.

<div><strong>Financial Need: </strong>I am seeking enough to cover the estimated costs for:

<div>1) Necessary Surgeries, hospital and neuro-rehab bills with Dr. Scott Falci: $45,000-$60,000.
</div>
<div>2) Adipose Stem Cell Therapy: $17,000 for the first treatment, with potential additional costs for follow-up treatments.
</div>
<div>3) Wheelchair accessible camper van with a comfortable hospital-style bed and travel expenses from Phoenix Arizona to Denver Colorado: $60,000-$80,000.
