Trying to get back on my feet

I got into an accident in which I got insanely lucky to be able to have walked out alive. Although my car was a complete loss and with no monetary compensation and hospital bills It's a bit rough right now If possible anything helps I understand the number that is the goal is high I'm not trying to reach this, This is just a benchmark number for the loss of the car and all other bills. If you cannot help I completely understand I am just currently very much so at rock bottom.
