Help Support My Family During My Critical Medical Journey

Dear Friends, Family, and Kindhearted Strangers,

I am reaching out in one of the most vulnerable moments of my life, asking for your support as I face another challenging medical journey. In May, I suffered an intestinal herniation that led to devastating complications. I was clinically dead and had to undergo an emergency reverse gastric bypass and gastrointestinal resectioning to save my life. Against all odds, I survived, but my battle is far from over.

For the past three months, I have been home in St. Croix, USVI, trying to heal and regain my strength. However, I have been unable to gain weight and now weigh only 80 pounds. My body is struggling, and I must return to Miami for an extended hospital stay to receive the critical medical care I need. I was previously hospitalized for five months, and this upcoming hospitalization could last just as long or even longer.

The hardest part of this journey is leaving behind my family, including my two young children, who are just 5 and 3 years old and need their mother now more than ever. The emotional and financial strain has been overwhelming. The costs of travel, medical expenses, accommodations, and ensuring my family is taken care of while I am away are more than we can handle alone.

That’s why I am humbly asking for your help. My goal is to raise $40,000 to cover medical treatments, travel expenses, and support for my family during this difficult time. Every donation, no matter how small, will bring us closer to ensuring I can focus on healing and returning home to my children.
