S&W Insurance Denial

I have been in the hospital for 4 wks and 5 days. I can not go home until i get the formula for my feeding tube. It is called Vivonex RTF and costs 450 a case. A case only last 4 days as i use 8 cans a day. the insurance won't pay. We are trying to find them at a discount but that can take up to 2 wks to come thru. Anything y'all can afford to donate would help immensely. I will also have a 30 copay each home health visit. I appreciate your help.
