Georgina's Running London Marathon!

On Sunday 13th April 2014 I will be taking on the London Marathon. That's right, little old me is going to be running 26.2 miles... out of choice!!! So now we have already established how mad I am, let's get to how you can help me.
I will be fundraising along the way and you can help me by supporting my chosen cause- to get more Defibrillators installed in the local area.
I have chosen to put all the money I raise towards providing a community hall in my local town (Snodland, Kent) with an Automated External Defibrillator.
A Defibrillator is a life-saving advanced technology machine which can be used when someone goes into cardiac arrest to deliver an electric shock to the fibrillating heart to restart and get it pumping again. They are very simple and safe to use and require minimum or no training due to extensive visual and audible voice prompts that coach the user step by step.
I am therefore keen to see more of these machines in the local area to help save lives should it need to be used. As comuunity halls are always full of people of all ages, with many clubs meeting here regularly, I will be providing a hall within my local area with a Defibrillator to have installed on site.
