During our 2014 District 24 conference on April 26th, after months of hard work, Gene Deyoe received the blessing of winning the International speech contest with his presentation of "So What." Gene will be moving on to our international semi-finals during August of 2014, which will be held in Kuala Lampur, Malaysia.
While this is very exciting, the privilege comes along with obligations as well, including financial ones. Here is where you come in.
