Earthquake - Oaxaca, Mex families

On September 8th, Mexico suffered what has been called the strongest earthquake in 100 yrs. Its epicenter was located near the coast of Chiapas and Oaxaca and the intesity reported was 8.4 RS.
My wife's family lives in Juchitan Oaxaca, the most affected town where more than 40 people have perished so far. Fortunatelly, our family is ok, but the damage has been enourmus. They lost their house and insurance is not a common thing to have in this part of Mexico.
