"In the end we will conserve only what we love, we will love only what we understand, and we will understand only what we are taught"
Baba Dioum, Senegal

Rosemary Alles, President of GMFER and Amy Clark, Co-Founder of the Black Mamba Anti-Poaching Unit have joined forces and realized a brilliant effort that will benefit the ladies of the Black Mamba APU, their children and their families.

With the assistance of the world renown Kruger National Park, special mention and sincere gratitude goes out to Kirsty Redman, Black Mamba APU members and their families will enjoy fun filled educational excursions to the KNP.

These outings will allow the Black Mambas to spend valuable time with their children and/or their family members and friends.

You up might ask why they would want to spend more time in the bush, the answer is simple they spend a vast amount of time away from their loved ones. With no possibility of them ever being able to share what they do with their loved ones they are extremely excited at this opportunity where they won’t be on duty, they will able to enjoy the natural surroundings.

These memorable occaisions will hopefully inspire members of our communities who are closely situated to our wildlife the opportunity to see it for themselves.

Please do do watch the video which highlights a typical work day for the Black Mambas.  It will help explain what they do and how important their work is.

With the generosity of our friends, colleagues and followers they will be afforded the opportunity to experience the wonder and beauty of our wild animals and nature itself with their families and friends. These excursions will be an educational and a time to bond.

This wildly educational and inspirational initiative will be called Black Mambas in the Park,
a GMFER and Black Mamba APU joint venture.

Please consider donating to this wonderful cause.  These ladies spend hours, days and weeks away from their families protecting our wildlife, wildlife that their families and friends have very little chance of enjoying.

Please share with hope for Africa's children, Africa's wild creatures, Africa's wild heritage and our wild world.
