저희 교회는 하나님의 은혜로 지난 2015년 마스터스 신학교를 졸업하고 그레이스 교회에서 존 맥아더 목사의 설교 동시 통역과 한국인 모임의 말씀 인도자로 봉사하던 Ken Chung 목사와 그레이스 교회에서 파송된 개척한 그레이스 한인 성경 교회 입니다.
저희 교회는 엘에이에 있는 한인 사회에 하나님의 말씀을 바르게 전하는 것을 목표로 시작하였습니다. 저희는 가장 효과적으로 바른 말씀을 전하는 길은 기독교 방송을 통한 설교 방송이라고 생각하기에 말씀을 사랑하시는 성도 여러분의 도움을 청하게 되었습니다. 미주 복음 방송(ch 1190)에 매주 방송하기 위해서 한달에 $1,000 이 필요합니다. 저희 교회의 현재의 재정으로는 아직 이것까지 감당하기 힘들기에 여러분들의 도움을 청합니다.
저희 모금의 목표는 일년간 설교 방송에 필요한 $12,000 입니다. 여러분의 작은 헌금이 하나님의 복음을 세상에 전하는 귀한 자원으로 쓰여질 것입니다. 또 사정이 되시지 않는 분들은 기도로 저희들의 사역을 위해서 기도해 주시기 바랍니다.
Dear friends in the Lord,
Hi, my name is pastor Kenneth Chung from Grace Korean Bible Church in Los Angeles. I graduated from the Master’s Seminary in 2015 and was recently ordained at Grace Community Church under pastor John MacArthur. I have been ministering to Koreans while Grace Community Church and realized what we really need is a solid church that teaches bible exposition to Koreans. By God’s grace, along with people who shared the same vision and with a support Grace Community Church, we planted Grace Korean Bible Church in June 2018.
Our vision is to bring solid biblical exposition to the Korean Community in Los Angeles. However, since we are not affiliated with large denominations that Koreans are familiar with, we had difficulty reaching out to them. We concluded that one of the most effective ways to reach them is through a radio ministry as many of Korean immigrants listen to Korean radio during their commutes and work.
I’d like to invite you to join us in reaching the Korean community with sound exposition. Any amount of your giving will be used to make this happen. The cost of broadcasting weekly for a month is $1,000 and our goal is to raise $12,000 to cover one year. We would appreciate it if you can remember to pray for our church and our ministry even if you cannot support us financially.
