GIVING GRANDMA A FIGHTING CHANCE

My grandma is battling stage IV lung cancer that spread to her brain and bones and we are praying for a miracle. We received this news just before the holidays.
My grandma has always been the type of person to help others and think of others before herself. She came to this country 37 years ago and continued working as a home health aide until her lung cancer diagnosis last year at the age of 76.

She is undergoing chemotherapy and radiation at Hackensack University Medical Center and Dr. Gutierrez has given her a hopeful prognosis. He is hopeful that she will beat cancer once again.

In the midst of her worsening health, my grandfather, her life partner of 60 years suddenly passed away from a heart attack on Christmas Day. She is distraught and we need to help her be strong so she can keep on fighting.

We are asking for funds for her ongoing cancer treatments, health insurance and living expenses. In addition, these funds will also be used for my grandfather's  funeral expenses.

She is a fighter. She was initially diagnosed with lung cancer in 2019 and beat it. She contracted Covid-19 in October and beat that too. She continues to fight as she undergoes Chemo and radiation therapy. We will continue to fight with her and keep her in good spirits. We hope you can help us too.
