Feltonville, (Philadelphia) PA: May 17, 2013 -- ON THE ROAD AGAIN...the "landlord" ie: aka "Slumlord" rented us a place,...but, with sooo many prolems, when he refused to fix anything, I turned him in to Licenses and Inspections...somehow, in he corrupt system that is Philadelphia, he was able to get a "Certificate of Rental Sutiability" License and a Businss Prvilege Licnse and take me to "Eviction Court"!!!

In any event, we need to be out by July 15th. I may need to seek the help of our gnerous "Go Fund Me" partners and friends again, to make this move a reality too. (I was once again, denied my SSD [Social Security Disability] Benefits.
The 'current' need is only $300.00, but long-term we need about $1750.00 to move and pay existing 'liens' against another property; water/sewer turn on, and utilities services 'deposits' to get utilities transferred and turned on and inspected.
I just want a safe, livable place to be with my dogs--my fur-ever' family--and without all the turmoil and stress!

Hello! This is Maggie, Buster and Lucy. Mother, Son and Daughter, loving, lovable and inseparable. They've been in Country Kennel in NJ since November while "Dad" looked for work and a permanent home. *
Now, There's kind of 'good news'...Dad has a job lined up to begin late February and a place, but is short on the funds to move into the place. ($2400 total) $800 on hand but need another $1600 to secure the place and get some repairs made to a garage attached that will be the "kennel" at home while dad works.
CAN YOU PLEASE HELP US? We just want to have a warm, safe and loving home and be together again as we were once before.
It's a great house with a little TLC it can be even better! It's a two-story, 3 bedroom twin, with a rear patio deck, woods behind the house to walk and run and a full complete basement and garage area to use as their very own doggie play room.
PLEASE, Please HELP US make it a reality? We all thank you for your generous support.

* BACK-STORY: It all began in 2009 when I was hurt at work and ended up on prescription pain killers, and depressed. Lost that job, exhausted all unemployment comp and filed for Disability. Meanwhile, I ran out of money; lost our home and things only got increasingly worse. I only had my Disability hearing this past December 7th. If I wait for that--we'd be in the street--or worse off. So, I am starting back to work, and on the road to a better place and better days.
THANK God for the 'kindness and generosity of strangers'; and a few great animal loving groups.
