Donna & Austin Frese Cancer Fight

Several years ago, our brother's wife, Donna, suffered a series of strokes that have left her weak and unable to work. Around a year later, Donna was diagnosed with lung cancer, and now has spots in her liver. She is undergoing chemotherapy weekly. Then a few weeks ago, she fell at home and fractured her femur which required surgery. She is still at Blessing Hospital in Quincy IL at this time, and is working with a physical therapist to make it back home with her family as quickly as possible.
During this time, their 17 year old son, Austin, was admitted to St. Louis Children's Hospital for increasing back pain and a lump on his leg. After numerous scans and a biopsy, Austin was diagnosed with Ewings Sarcoma, a cancer of the bones and the surrounding tissue. He has now bravely begun his fight with the help of chemotherapy, which he will be receiving every two weeks in St. Louis. The plan is to then to do surgery to remove the tumors after the chemo treatments are over.
As you can imagine, having his wife and son in separate hospitals in separate cities, has made it very difficult for our brother, Brian, to consistently work. The goal of this fundraiser is to hopefully take some of the financial burden away from our brother and his family, so they can focus on fighting cancer.
