After 9 months of going to court, my case was finally DISMISSED!
I want to sincerely thank everyone for their prayers, positive thoughts and donations. I also want to thank my lawyer, Jaime Fallon, who stood by my side and fought our way to victory! Furthermore, thank you to Stephen Keenan who kept his word and never faltered in proclaiming my innocence. One more thank you to the District Attorney's office who ultimately showed me justice.
My attorney was very generous and compassionate to represent me while allowing me time to raise funds for my defense. Without his graciousness, I would not have been able to afford an attorney, and would most likely be imprisoned for a crime which I did not commit.
These charges carried a possible 15 year sentence, so I am absolutely ecstatic and relieved that they have been dismissed! I am, however, still indebted to my attorney, who deserves to be compensated for his work!
While I am striving to do all that I can, I still struggle to make ends meet for my family, in addition to being indebted to friends who posted my bail, and the unpaid balance to my attorney. The legal issues of my predicament are over, but the monetary issues still exist.
We will continue to produce fundraisers to pay for these debts. Revenue from this online fund will still go directly to our attorney.

They arrested me and charged me with possession of marijuana, in addition to manufacturing and distribution. The manufacturing charge is derived from a medicinal concoction made from the leaves an
d stems of the plant. These charges carry a 10-99 year sentence.

I am doing my best to learn from this experience, as I truly believe that everything happens for a reason, however, I am not willing to do time for a crime I did not commit. If I were guilty, I would not put my story on the web or ask for help. I cannot accept this injustice as I am innocent; I have a family who needs me, and I need them.
I need to raise $15,000-$25,000 (pre-trial) and potentially another $15,000-$25,000 (trial) dollars to pay for my attorney fees. I have an attorney who is fully competent and he is allowing me time to raise funds. I do not possess this kind of money, as I am sure most of you do not. We are organizing many events to help with living expenses and attorney's fees. We have a big fundraiser planned in April, of which all proceeds will go directly to the Free Mr Peabody Fund. The reality of benefit parties is that we will have to organize dozens of them to meet our goal.
All proceeds from this online fund will go DIRECTLY and solely to our attorney. This online fund will in no way provide for living expenses, nor expenses associated with event production. Your donation can also be anonymous if you desire.
