Two Implants for my Front Teeth

My livelihood is my Smile !! Working as a Doorman (my Pleasant personality to go along with that hug and that smile) to put it bluntly  My Three Front Teeth are gone and missing and the needed treatment for that will be to have some Major Dental work done ...I'm in need of Implants , a bone graph , crowns and  the bridge !! it's enough just to talk let alone smile without my teeth.  The dental procedure will take anywhere from 7 months to a year for the construction and healing. I'm not one to ask for help without trying to come up with the resources myself but this is a Load that I definitely can't muster alone . I'm asking for your help and it's urgent , besides letting alone  infection could occur I'm  ready to begin looking back like myself and staying as Professional they way I have been as your Doorman . Unfortunately my Dental Benefits from Temple (Dominion Dental ) won't  pay for any of this work . Help is needed.  Sincerely Frederick
