<div>I'm writing to you today to share my story and ask for your support during this challenging time in my life. My name is Francois Tshimpuki, and I'm a 39-year-old husband and father of two. 


</div>

<div>Life was going well when, just a few months after our civil marriage, I noticed a mass at the top of my right thigh in December 2021. After numerous tests and scans, it was diagnosed in April 2022 as Myxoid Liposarcoma, a rare soft tissue cancer.


</div>

<div>Since then, my life has changed completely. I underwent radiotherapy from May to late June, followed by a major 7h30 limb salvage surgery to remove the tumour. Now, I'm in rehabilitation, doing physiotherapy, strengthening my leg, and relearning to walk correctly. This journey has been challenging both physically and emotionally, but I'm determined to fight with everything I've got in order to regain full health.

<div>I'm reaching out to you today to ask for your help. I'm doing this fundraising campaign to help pay for my functional and integrative medicine bills. I want to investigate and get to the bottom of why this cancer occurred and help optimize my health and immune system via nutrition and alternative medicine. Unfortunately, these treatments are not cheap

<div>Je vous écris aujourd'hui pour partager mon histoire et demander votre soutien en cette période difficile de ma vie. Je m'appelle François Tshimpuki, j'ai 39 ans et je suis marié et père de deux enfants.


</div>

<div>Tout allait bien dans ma vie quand, quelques mois après notre mariage civil, j'ai remarqué une masse en haut de ma cuisse droite en décembre 2021. Après de nombreux tests et scans, on m'a diagnostiqué en avril 2022 un liposarcome myxoïde, une forme rare de cancer des tissus mous.

<div>Depuis lors, ma vie a complètement changé. J'ai subi une radiothérapie de mai à fin juin, suivie d'une importante intervention chirurgicale de 7 heures et demie pour retirer la tumeur et sauver ma jambe. Aujourd'hui, je suis en rééducation, je fais de la physiothérapie, je renforce ma jambe et j'apprends à marcher correctement. Ce parcours a été difficile tant sur le plan physique qu'émotionnel, mais je suis déterminé à me battre de toutes mes forces pour retrouver une santé optimale.

<div>Je fais appel à vous aujourd'hui pour vous demander de l'aide. Je lance cette campagne de financement participatif pour payer mes factures de médecine fonctionnelle et intégrative. Je veux enquêter et comprendre les raisons de l'apparition de ce cancer, ainsi qu'optimiser ma santé et mon système immunitaire grâce à la nutrition et la médecine alternative. Malheureusement, ces traitements ont un coût élevé.
