Help Me Stay In The USA

Donation protected
Hi, I’ve been going back and forth in my mind whether or not I should share this need... I remember a few years ago I spoke about being an immigrant and someone told me to take my post down because I would get threatened. This was when I was a teenager. Fear doesn’t stop me now from speaking my truth. I am working and saving up right now for all the legal processes that I have to go through. The reason why I am sharing is because I know I can’t do this on my own. I need your help. I am running out of time. If in any way I have been a friend to you, helped you, encouraged you or made you smile... I pray that you would continue to read this as I share my story with you. Why I am here: My family came here LEGALLY from Argentina in 1995 as missionaries. We came because my grandfather heard from God that we would be part of a great revival in the United States. At the time, I was only 2 years old. Fast forward, my family has gone through a lot learning English.. They worked hard to start a business and provide for us kids. My family, not just I love this country. We want to see revival here. We want to share hope with the hopeless. I have been here since a baby. This is my home. These are my people. I believe that the God has a purpose for me here. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have fought to be where I am now. My goal is to minister to and impact young people’s lives through music. Legal history: My parents always wanted to become residents they went through the process for that in 2007. In that time I was 14 years old. They finally received their approval in 2013. I was over 18 years old by that time. I ended up not being eligible to get my green card at the same time as them. Also, because I was over 18 years old and DACA protections weren’t available until after my 18th birthday, I technically have 1 year with no legal status. With that said, if I leave the country now, I will not be able to come back for another 10 years. Unless I also ask for a pardon. My dad petitioned for me in 2014, but that application wasn’t made current until October 2019. That’s just the way the process is. It takes time. What you will be helping me pay for: -legal fees for a lawyer -2 applications: *visa application: allows me to have my green card. *pardon application: allows me to come back into the USA without being restricted for 10 years. -travel to and from Argentina (I have to go back to Argentina once my visa is approved to pick it up from the consulate in the capital) Just how much time do I have?? DACA is soon going away. That is what I have now that had allowed me to stay here while I waited for my legal process. My DACA expires August of next year. I want to apply for my pardon &visa as soon as possible so that I won’t have any more problems. My goal is to have my applications in by August of this year. So 3 months. What you can do: You could give here. You could pray for me. Pray for my mind and spirit at this time! This is something that I have been anticipating all my life, but it’s kind of scary because of the uncertainty. I want clear direction. All my life I’ve lived here and have wanted to become a citizen. In my heart I already am. I am also looking forward to finally meeting some of my family in Argentina after all these years, but I do want to be able to come back home here. I love you all and pray you are moved. Please share. Please help in any way that you can. Love, Yanet
