The One and Only Bonnie

When Bonnie and Bill moved to Mexico, Bonnie's intention was to go where she could devote herself to caring for Bill who was in the early stages of dementia. But as you may know, Bonnie was recently and quite unexpectedly diagnosed with Stage 4 non-Hodgkins lymphoma. Since then, instead of caring for Bill as she'd planned, she's been fighting for her own life. Of course, family and friends have rallied to help care for Bill while Bonnie has been in the hospital. But when Bonnie's not in the hospital, she and Bill both need a caregiver.
There are other family and friends scheduled to visit in the next couple of months, but Bonnie's medical needs are very fluid, so having someone there on a regular basis is critical so that Bill is never left alone.
Your donation will most immediately go toward the in-home caregiver for Bonnie and Bill, and toward medical expenses for Bonnie.
If I haven't expressed myself well, forgive me. This is a surreal and difficult thing to write. Please just know, the need is real and if you can help, our family will be eternally grateful.
