Flooded Car Replacement Fund

Hi my name is Nathan White and I am a medical student who lives in Houston, Texas. As many of you know, Hurricane Harvey caused catastrophic flooding for those of us in Houston. Unfortunately, I was among one of the many affected as floods rose up to 27 inches around my car and my insurance does not include flood coverage. The picture attached shows the floods I woke up to on Sunday morning (it was completely dry when I went to bed). Needless to say, as a medical student who lives on loans, buying a new car is something that was not included on my original budget and in Houston it is practically impossible to live without a car.


Update: I have been incredibly blessed by friends, family and even strangers who have donated to help me get a replacement. Funds gathered here will go directly to my account for the purpose of getting a replacement car and any additional funds will be donated to the Harvey Relief Fund with the Bridge Montrose to support others who have been affected by the floods.
