Fix Nick's Wheels

Our friend Nick Zemp, a cherished member of the Provo community, was crossing a street in Salt Lake City on July 17 when he was struck by a vehicle causing extensive damage to his wheelchair.  The driver then decided to flee the scene of the crime leaving Nick in the crosswalk with his belongings strewn about.  Several other pedestrians graciously helped him collect his things, assist him to the sidewalk and called the police. 

Nick's medical equipment provider has just conducted an appraisal of the damage which they estimate to be around 4000 dollars.
