Fitness Fanatic & Lorry Driver in tragic accident

A local man,  A friend,  and work colleague "Andy Pearson" had a terrible accident on the way home from work this Friday night (29th Nov 19).

He got less than half a mile away from work on his way home, a mile away, when his Motorcycle was involved in a serious RTA with a Car that allegedly pulled across the front of him.

We are still waiting to hear the full extent of his injuries but we already know he has lost a leg, as well as other serious injuries, as you can imagine we are all shocked and devastated for him and his family.

Andy is a lorry driver, this accident has left Andy with serious and life changing injuries,  the probability he will work again looks very slim, not to mention the other life changing implications for him and his family.

Andy was a very active man, taking part in mud runs, karate,  and other high energy activities,  he also undertook the role of a swimming coach locally , life ahead is going to mean massive changes to everything Andy stands for.

Andy and his family desperately need your help, and to be honest whilst we can help him with a whip round at work it can never beat the power of the local community spirit.

We, his workmates, have obviously setup an internal fund to try and help in this difficult time but we have decided to ask the wider community for help,  Our employers Mountains/MidUK/New Earth Solutions have also made a considerable donation to the family.

If there was ever a time to put your hand in your pocket, even a pound, this is it....and for what it's worth I know for a fact Andy would do the same for anyone if he could help them, exactly the kind of person Andy is.
