Help Us Get Back To Texas!

Hey Everybody, We Need Your Help!

This is Dany! (That's short for Danyelle - but no one calls me that unless they're mad at me, or they don't know me!) I'm the short one in the picture with the Kielbasa dude. :-D My mom is on the other side of him. This was taken at Burnstad's Market back in December.

My mom and I need to get back to Texas really soon! Mom doesn't make much money working at Wal-Mart. Most of the time we just barely get by so saving up money is really hard. My grandma needs someone to come live with her so we want to move back down there.

My mom wants to get there before my big brother and his wife have their first baby at the end of May. Their baby will make me an AUNT!  WOW!  It's also going to make my mom a Grandma!  lol  But I also want to get down there so I can see my Great Grandma Dee Dee again.  She's really old, almost 100, and doesn't live at home anymore.  She used to take care of me when I was a baby until Mom & I moved up to Wisconsin when I was almost 3 years old.  I miss seeing her everyday. My Grandma says we don't know how much longer Grandma Dee Dee will be with us since she's been getting sicker and sicker. So I really want to get back to Texas so I can spend lots of time with her before she dies.  My other Great Grandma already died. That made me really sad because we were so far away. 

We came to Wisconsin because my aunt lives up here and my brother was going to be stationed up this way for a few years. It's been really nice living here. I love the snow. But I miss all the family down in Texas and now my brother is stationed down there too.  So we really, really, really want to move back down there. It's just super hard to have enough money for it! 

Our old van needs a lot of repairs. We used tax money to get some of those done. My aunt says we spent about $1100. already but the guy that does the work says there's still more to get done before it is good for the trip to Texas. That will cost around $900 more!  And then Mom says we still need to get new tires and that's another $400.  Sometimes I wish I had a job too! But I'm only 10!  We HAVE to get all this fixed real soon so we can drive down to Texas in time! And then we still have to come up with the money for the trip! 

So PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE HELP US!

I'm going to try to write something here everyday so everybody knows I'm really a real person who needs help!
