Help find Lulu's killer

This story shocked me. I could not believe someone is capable of doing this to an innocent animal. From the moment I read it, I wanted to do something about this.

I'm starting my campaign to raise funds for:
1. Purchasing adds in local GA newspapers who are distributed in that area
2. Putting up a billboard on one of the roads close to GA trail where this horrible act took place.

All for 1 reason- to raise awareness about this, to inform as many people as possible in hopes of catching who is responsible. Few organizations are offering reward for information leading to an arrest. My mission is to make share this story with as many people as possible. We already sent the story to several tv stations, tv shows, and organizations involved in helping animals.

This campaign is an individual effort.
I will be updating this page with any changes- when and where add will run, how much was spent, etc.
I dedicate my time to start this campaign and to succeed in it. I will use my own funds to contribute to ultimate goal- to have enough money to purchase as much exposure as possible.

 I am asking for everyone's help to catch who is responsible for this horrible act towards and innocent dog who was not given a chance to make it after 'owner' decided that she's not wanted anymore...
One thought motivates me to start and continue this:
'what was Lulu thinking while being laid in a hole....'
