Music for Muscular Dystrophy

THE INSPIRATION
I am doing a fundraiser for Muscular Dystrophy...a disease I lost both of my younger twin brothers to recently. They passed away at ages 20 and 22. So when the opportunity for a fundraiser came along for this condition, I knew I had to step up and take action. That's why I'm reaching out to you.
Aryn James Brodsky passed away on October 9th, 2010 in our Ithaca, NY family home we all grew up in.
Erik Lawrence Brodsky passed away January 2nd, 2013 also in our family home. They showed no vital warning signs, and neither one spent any time in hospitals.
They were both born on June 9th, 1990.
SEARCHING FOR A MIRACLE
Simply, we are trying to raise some funds to take a group of low income families effected by MD to Disney, get them their proper medications, and try to bring music in their lives by putting on an event where they get to see some live music. Not to mention we are also trying to fund to fight for a cure. I know what these families are going through and what the loss feels like. Words can't explain how much I care about them and just how much I will do to fight for them to bring some more hope and more time with their families while we find this cure.
I think of my brothers everyday, and if they were here they'd say "Big brother, help the other families, take action for them".
If you can find it in your heart to help this cause, it'd be blessings beyond words. Even if it's only a dollar. One gesture can go such a long way. It can bring us one step closer to giving these kids and their families some more hope, and a fun trip they can't afford. Anything to bring more smiles, more memories...and more time with their families while we desperately FIND THE CURE.

This would mean the world to me, my family, and the families effected by MD. Millions of family currently suffer from it.
What I hope to share with current patients of the disease is that there is someone who is fighting for their cause, that music heals, and can bring them hope they may have never felt before...through the joy of music and arts. There are thousands of patients in New York I wanna reach out to and spread this message, and have them meet a live musician who will give them the strength of music and hope. I watched this disease from start to finish, and I will strive to make this happen. Music, love, hope, and getting a great Network of beautiful people willing to help contribute to the cause to show that we are all fighting to FIND THE CURE for them is what this project is all about.
