My story is a familiar one; one I’m sure is shared by millions, nationwide. It’s a tale of healthy upbringing, positive reinforcement, love, and support. Like many socio-economically challenged families, my parents were strong advocates of education. Books were valued over TV, and knowledge over power. Believing education was the means to a healthier economic situation I did as most Americans do and took out an obscene 100k to fund my endeavors. No regrets.
It took me 15 years, 3 continents, 2 universities, 2 certification programs, a useless bachelors degree, and a tremendous amount of soul searching to be absolutely SURE of my professional passion and purpose.
I am an advocate of health and wellness.
I am passionate about promoting food as fuel.
I am determined to aid in the accessibility of whole food products.
I am confident we can rediscover food as medicine.
I am dedicating my life’s work to reconstructing relationships with food.
What does any of this backstory have to do with fundraising?
Recognizing I can only reach a limited number of individuals with private health coaching I’ve decided to devote the entirety of my energy and attention to building a business that will connect individuals on a global scale. Find my Fit Coach, LLC (FMFC) embodies this mission. FMFC is a state registered and licensed membership service connecting certified Health and Wellness Coaches with prospective clients.
Find My Fit Coach is dedicated to the worldly proliferation of wellness by empowering individuals to assume personal responsibility over their health.
Now that I’ve defined the WHAT and the WHY, it’s time to take a pass at the HOW (this is where you come in).
In the absence of resources, I’m compelled to focus on resourcefulness. Good thing I’ve never been short on passion, perseverance and determination!
The actualization of this dream necessitates approximately 5k. Your contribution will cover costs associated with web build-out, logo design, tax and trademark fees, as well as airfare and accommodation necessary for the marketing and promotional launch of my business.
