Josie's battle with cancer began in November when she was diagnosed with stage 4 Rhabdomyosarcoma. This cancer affects the muscles and bones. Josie is being treated at the Johns Hopkins Pediatric Oncology Center and is under the excellent care of the many fine doctors and nurses that make Johns Hopkins one of the top hospitals in the world.
Josie is currently undergoing Chemotherapy and will be treated for the next 52 weeks as part of this phase of her treatment. Follow her updates on this website or the Facebook pages.
Our fund-raising goals are to help offset the rapidly mounting costs of Josie's care and to provide some support to allow Josie to experience and enjoy worthwhile activities during this fight.
