<div>Hi Jason Johnson had the contract to re turf the Halls Creek Oval.

<div>The oval had a new irrigation system fitted under a previous contract terminated by the Halls Creek Shire, but the workmanship was sub-par and not up to the standard for a commercial project funded by Government money.
</div>
<div>Jason submitted a report to the shire explaining this and showing videos of the shoddy work on the irrigation, but the shire refused to heed his warnings and demanded that he plant the grass which he was reluctant to do, as his contract was payable on germination.
</div>
<div>The shire has confiscated his tools of trade which is $400,000 worth of equipment which was stolen and trashed by the kids and refused to give it back if he sues the shire.
</div>
<div>He cannot work with no tools, and he has no income and is about to lose his house and everything he owns to the bank and is battling mental health as a result.
</div>
<div>He has no funds to pay a lawyer to defend himself against the unscrupulous actions of the Shire and allow him to defend his name and reputation and rebuild his family and life.
