At the request of Go Fund Me, I am adding the following details regarding my relationship to the campaign and the proposed use of proceeds:
My name is Eric Loree. I live at 132 Humbercrest Blvd. I am from Ottawa. I went to WLU. As noted, I was a friend of the deceased and his family. The funds will be used to assist with the payment of educational expenses for his children at the discretion of his wife. I will withdraw the funds and provide a bank draft directly to his wife. I will round up to cover the Go Fund Me fees. On October 6, 2018, our dear friend passed away suddenly at the age of 42. He was the loving father of two wonderful children who are both active in a variety of sports and activities, and who share a passion for school, family, and friends.
Amidst the shock and grief is a common desire among friends to help in a direct and meaningful way.
We are raising funds for the childrens’ post-secondary education with the lofty goal of providing a financial foundation for the future.
Funds will be allocated evenly between the children to be used for tuition and related post-secondary expenses (including, hopefully, plenty of Morty’s wings) with their mother retaining authority for disbursements.
Please join us - as we all pull together - to help them reach their professional dreams.
