Familia Sanchez Sanchez

Hi, everyone! My name is Ileana, although most call me Gigi. I'm a Puerto Rican transplant living in Northern Virginia. Like most of you know, Puerto Rico was hit by the worse hurricane in it's history on Tuesday, September 20th, Hurricane Maria. Many families lost it all due to the flooding and destruction this Category 4 hurricane left in its wake. One of those families was the Sanchez family. My unlce, Moises Sanchez, his wife, Maribel Sanchez, and son, Javier Sanchez, lost it all when their house flooded. They had 4 feet of water; nothing was spared.

They have to rebuild their lives as best as they can and they need your help to do it. Whether it's with $1, $10, $100, or if you want to donate in any other way, let me know. I know they will be eternally greatfull, and so will I. We are used to hearing of other families loosing it all due to natural disasters, but it never would have prepared me to how it feels when it's your own family. Please, help me help them get back up. 

All funds will be used to replace everything they lost as best as possible. They need 2 beds, furniture for their house, appliances like a refrigerator, washer, and dryer. They also need to buy hygene products, as well as clothes and shoes. Withdrawals will be every Friday. Due to the Sanchez family not having access to internet and, therefore, cannot verify their bank information by email, I will withdraw the funds and transfer them into their account once the money clears.
