FREEDOMS AND RIGHTS - AT GREAT RISK!!

09/17/2014:  We're down to owing $500 thanks to some recent donors. Please share on your wall. Help us to raise the final amount we owe the attorney so we can get on with our sad lives. It's just not the same with our family members (pets) missing. I can't tell you what I wish (because it wouldn't be nice) for the "vocal minority" who caused this conflict.

09/13/2014:  Like so many families and farms across the nation - we lost our fight to keep our goats and chickens on our 1 ACRE PLUS properties. We only raised $1780 so far and the attorney's bill is $2400. Laura and I contributed $500 toward what was already raised. Please help us with one last donation to reduce the amount we owe the attorney ($744 balance) at this time. It's bad enough we're losing our animals. Several of them are already gone.

 We have been told we have to get rid of our pets, some of them are service animals for medical needs of the residents.  We have 84 homes in our subdivision, two of which are instigating havoc.

We are improperly zoned per Pinal County's admission but they refuse to listen to reason or law provided to them by the residents of this subdivision.

We are required to obtain legal help in this matter and received a quote of $20-$30k but have found an amazing firm who is willing to work for us for much less as you can see by our goal.

Times are tough for struggling familes with children, some with ongoing medical needs, so I am creating this page to raise funds so the voice of the "little guys" can be heard at the government level.

ANY amount of money, large or small, will benefit this cause and we thank you GREATLY in advance.

PS:  I NEVER ask for money or help from anyone. I have single-handedly (until recently) been tackling the battles for our entire subdivision. It has been nearly a full-time job to the detriment of my household, my husband, my property and myself.
I have tried to be there for EVERYONE and anyone in need whether it was filling the gas tank of a stranger because I felt God led me to do so, or paying for a woman's purchase in Wal-Mart because her check wouldn't clear their system and she was desperate, etc.
I can only hope and pray that people will participate in our GoFundMe page so that we can pay for the legal representation necessary to keep our pets.
