Dear Family and Friends:
We have begun the process of trying to own our first home. As some of you may know, saving enough money to make the down payment can be challenging. We are reaching out to family and friends for assistance for help, in an effort to reach our goal.
As our family continues to grow it is our mission to provide consistency and stability for our children. It has become increasingly impossible to do this as habitual home renters. We have to move around each year looking for a home that is hopefully in a good neighborhood, near a good school, while meeting our overall budget. Because of this process, we have to uproot our oldest son each year. As parents, we want to extend the same opportunities to our children that our parents provided to us. We want them to be able to grow up in a safe environment and in a neighborhood where they are able to attend an exceptional school and create long lasting friends/relationships.
As I stated earlier, we are on the path towards becoming first time home buyers. In fact, we have found our dream home and the only thing standing in our way is the down payment. We are reaching out to our family and friends to help us reach our goal of $5000. Any assistance you can provide is greatly appreciated; every penny counts.
As the saying goes: "it takes a community of people to raise a child". Please help us create some foundation, stability, and consistency for our children. Please help us to become home owners.
