Honor and Remember Tribute

Two years ago on July 16th, 2015, four Marines and one Sailor lost their lives in a domestic terrorism event in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This year, on Saturday, July 15, the athletes I coach in Chattanooga will perform a tribute workout honoring THE FALLEN FIVE. Not only will we honor their sacrifice, but we will also be giving back by raising funds for our CHATTANOOGA POLICE DEPARTMENT who came to their aid. But we need your help.
How? Help us raise $2400 by Saturday, July 15, to purchase our CPD SWAT Team a ballistic shield. A BALLISTIC SHIELD is used to protect officers from the unknown whenever they must enter a building or other unsecured situation. Currently, there is only [1] shield available for SWAT to use.
Purchasing the shield is a simple and sincere way to express our community’s appreciation for CPD’s service and dedication to making our city safe. These officers are also our friends, family, and neighbors. Please help us show our city's finest men and women that we have their back with your donation.

ABOUT THE FALLEN FIVE
On July 16th, 2015, a lone gunman first committed a drive-by shooting at the Armed Services Recruiting Center, then traveled 15 minutes down the highway to the US Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC) and continued firing. It was there he was shot and killed by Chattanooga Police Department officers.
