9Round Evanston invites you to support: Evanston for Puerto Rico.
Please do what you can to support our donation drive and fundraiser for families affected by the devastation of Hurricane Maria. Puerto Rico is facing a humanitarian crisis, and more aid is direly needed for those without power and dwindling supplies of basic necessities like fuel, medicine, food, and water. The needs of the Puerto Rican people are not going to be met by government aid efforts alone, so we all need step up to help our neighbors on their road to recovery.

Donations can be dropped off at 9Round Evanston (1706 Central St) from 5am-8pm Monday - Friday and 8am-12pm Saturday - Sunday until October 17.
Our donation drive and fundraiser will culminate with our Annual Kick Event on October 17. The Kick Event is an annual corporate event in which each 9Round location donates a penny for each kick counted on that day. So be sure to stop in anytime on October 17 to help boost 9Round Evanston's contribution!
This cause hits close to home for the 9Round Evanston community as one of our long-time trainers, Sam Alicea grew up in Puerto Rico and has been spending much of his time since Maria hit trying to coordinate with his family there. The first portion of our funds raised will be used to send Sam to Puerto Rico to directly distribute the donated items to residents in need and check-in with his family. All remaining funds will be donated to families to support their rebuilding efforts.
One neighborhood to another, let's step up.
