Empowerment 4 Girls is a non-profit organization that inspires, educates and empowers girls and women to cultivate confidence, develop core life skills and reawaken to their authentic power through Empowerment Camps and Events, Conscious Minds – Conscious Bodies™ Sexual Education Programs and Teacher Trainings.
Empowerment 4 Girls Camps offer girls 9-16 years old, an opportunity to deepen their unique character and implement daily self-care through an innovative journey towards self-discovery.
Empowerment Camps include art projects, yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, dance, positive affirmations, All-About-Me Collages, self-care tools, sound healing, theme-based guest speakers, outdoor activities, and talking circles—creating sisterhood through fun and self-expression. Organic Snacks/lunch included.
Each day there is a different theme to inspire & empower the girls. Some examples over the years are: Self Empowerment, Self Image, Self Expression, Self Care, Self Love, Self Acceptance & Self Nourishment.
The next camp session runs August 21-25. The organization has already supported 5 families in need, but they just received 4 more scholarship applications and the Scholarship Fund will not be able to offer a scholarship to each of the families.
We hope that creating this campaign will bring in more scholarship funds to allow all the girls that have applied to attend the week long Empowerment Camp in a couple weeks. As social services become more limited, so does the need increase and many families struggle to find funding for camps and other successful development programs for their children.

Here are some examples of where your contributions will go: $25 for Art Supplies, $50 Food for the week, $100 1-Day of Camp and $375 Full Week Scholarship. GIRL POWER ROCKS!
Our Empowerment Camps have been a remarkable opportunity for many girls in our community to successfully discover, nurture and develop some mastery over their unique creative expressions.

Donations made to Empowerment 4 Girls at this time are not considered tax-deductible by the IRS, however we submitted our application for 501(c)(3) exempt status in mid-June and now are awaiting their approval. When we receive our certificate of exemption, it will apply retro-actively to donations made back to the inception of the organization in October 2016.
