Hi! My Friend Emmy has breast cancer stage 4. Currently, Emmy is being treated with bi-weekly chemotherapy at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Emmy is a single mom with three great kids (12,11 and 8 years old). They love to play sports and stay active.
Recently, Emmy got denied Long Term Disability benefit and ended up with $0 income. She applied for Social Security disability benefits and appealing the LTD denial but that is not guaranteed and the process takes weeks and sometimes months.
