Emily Simpson - Graduate in USA

Emily has received a part scholarship to receive another year of training at the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre School, Pennsylvania, USA,
the official training school for the internationally-recognised Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre Company

One of only two first year students chosen to dance in the Company's recent performance of Don Quixote, asked to lead the corps de ballet during the performance, and chosen to stand in as substitute for key company roles, Emily has received a huge amount of favour from the teachers and directors over this past year.

It has been made clear to Emily by the artistic and other directors that she is well suited to the company in looks and style.  However, the company does not employ first year students!  Keen to keep Emily on, the school have therefore offered her a part scholarship for another year of training, and we very much hope that after that she will be offered a place in the company.

From Thailand to Canada, Russia to the USA, this has been a dance of miracles for Emily and our family.

PBT have a range of styles, but have a focus on the Russian method, which Emily is of course now very used to!

Every step of Emily's ballet journey from China to Thailand, from Canada to Russia, and now to the USA, has been a journey of miracles and the support and prayers of those who know her and believe in her.

I have set up this Go Fund Me site once more to give people the opportunity to help Emily complete this last leg of training. (Strangely enough, this opportunity is in the same US state that both David and Rebecca have been living in for the past year! It will be nice for Emily to have family nearby and be a few hours bus ride from David and his wife, Abbey!)

The tuition fees for the year at PBT are very reasonable - £3,374 for the year! However, we must find accommodation for Emily and we are currently in touch with churches in the hope that we can find accommodation with a Christian family.

Once again, and for this graduate year beginning August 2013, we are putting our trust and faith in God to make a way!

Please would you sponsor Emily for this graduate year? Please would you support her in prayer for the funding to be provided? Please would you also pray that we find suitable accommodation for her in a supportive environment and convenient location not too far from the school.
