Elliott Sterling Shelton was born February 2, 2018 at 6:19am. He was welcomed by his parents, Sam and Alexa Shelton, and sisters, Scarlett and Vivienne.
As many of you know our sweet little guy has CHD (congenital heart defects).
Elliott’s diagnosis:
-Dextrocardia
-Lavo -Transposition of the Great Arteries (L-TGA)
-Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD - "hole in the heart")
-Pulmonary Stenosis (thickening of valve to lungs with almost no flow going to lungs)
Elliott is a blessing from above and already has the favor of God upon his life.
Please continue to keep this precious family in your prayers, as well as the doctors as they have some very important decisions to be made in the near future. Elliott has some obstacles to get over, but our God is big and nothing surprises Him. Everyday of Elliott's life is already laid out in God's hands and that is comforting to know. We serve a big God and His peace is endless, His provision vast and His faithfulness, everlasting.
The needs they have right now include medical expenses that insurance doesn’t cover, care for Scarlett & Vivienne while Alexa is the nurse/caregiver for Elliott, living expenses and daily life expenses while navigating life with a "disabled". These funds will also help pay for upcoming procedures and tests/scans as well as Elliott’s Interstage Monitoring Program expenses and home health care. Any funds that exceed their needs will be donated to Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
