Medical Reasons (Kidney Failure)

Hello, my name is Ethan James. Am a US Navy Veteran, 55 years of age. Born and raised in Oakland, California, now I resides in Phoenix, Az. I’m a diabetic, was diagnosed a “Type II” in 1996.
November of 2016, I became increasingly ill and by January of the following year, due to a combination of diabetes and food poisoning, I had lost the function of both of my kidneys. I found myself layed up in the hospital, in increment days of 10, 7, 10, 12 and 14 days.
During those 14 days, they had recommended treatment by setting me up to begin dialysis 3 times a week for 4.5 hours per treatmeant. During that time, I was explained to, that I could no longer work in the environment of the Airline industry that I spent not only my Naval career on but the last 12+ years at American Airlines. With that hovering over my head, I was forced into an early retirement for medical reasons yet, with no medical benefits, medical, dental and vision, (which by the way has gone from bad to worse) from my job because am not at the age of 65.
I need to raise these funds within the next 4 to 5 months.
With no steady income besides what little I get from the government (SSI), these funds will assist me with the following: Past Hospital expenses, medication, medication that is owed to the US Dept of Treasury, federal and state back taxes, student loans, insurance, back pay for rent, utility expenses and miscellaneous expenses, i.e., personal loans, food, gas and supplies.
Other areas of need, this in turn will serve as cleaning up portions of my credit and credit history as well as kick start an online business and the business’ functionality will help me maintain my monthly expenses since I am no longer able to work a physical job/position.
The aspiration of this was to prepare something of this nature 6 months ago as stress had taken its toll. It is of great urgency that I must keep the roof over my head as well as keep the car legal so I can physically make my appointments and dialysis treatments on a weekly basis.
I am on a list with many other hopeful patients to receive a kidney transplant from a donor. Wish me luck!
