Due to the amputation of my lower left leg, in early NOV 2015, I'm currently UNABLE TO WORK.

Until my full recovery and return to work, I'm facing severe hardship and medical bills that are simply devastating for my family.

(((NOT))) how I wish to begin 2016, but my back is seriously against the wall.

I'm self-employed and do not have the ((luxury)) of sick days, sick leave or vacation days.
