Education/Worship Centre for Widows/Orphans of AFG

Bismillah! My name is Rana Akbari & I am from Canada & Syed Rahman Saif (Modern Wall Art) from USA. We believe Allah swt brought us to a country with great opportunities so that we can use our resources to help & benefit the poor.
With your generosity, last Ramadan 2019 we raised over $30,000 for Afghanistan, helped over 200 families & built a water well in a village with no access to clean water. Our next project is building a masjid (social & worship centre) for women in Jalalabad, Afghanistan. Part of this Masjid was built for men & now there is a need of space for women. The very first few centres which will have an entire building for the women.
In Jalalabad there are no centres for women to connect, relief & strengthen their faith to cope with their sufferings. Due to war, poverty & lack of education- these limit women from having access to resources/centres to learn about their deen & a social place in the remembrance of Allah swt.
Through this project- our purpose is to connect women with education resources, visit the Masjid with their families & benefit. This centre will be a place of worship, education & Quran memorization for 1000s of widows, orphans & families. We are knocking the door of your hearts to help us build this centre.
Just imagine the sadaqa jariya? Subhanallah! Messenger of Allah said, "One who cares for widows & poor is like those who fight in the way of Allah or those who spend their days fasting & nights praying"-Al-Bukhari. “Whoever builds a Masjid for Allah, Allah will build for them a house in Paradise”- Al-bukhari 439.
We transfer funds via Kabul Farm to our volunteer team member- Sajid Amarkhil (in-charge of the project) in Afghanistan. We will provide all updates & receipts. Thank you for your support!
