You can empower girls in Tibet to reach their aspirations for higher education. ACHA-Himalayan Sisterhood invites ANYONE to help us reach our fundraising goal of $3200 by December 31, 2014 to cover the cost of one girl's final year in High School and a second girl's 3-year High School education in Tibet. The funds will be channeled through our trusted partner and fiscal sponsor, Machik, a non-profit in Washington D.C. with a stellar 16-year track record for "developing new opportunities for education and training, as well as advancing innovative solutions to the challenges of community revitalization and sustainability". Your donation of any amount will be used toward tuition, accommodation, books, and basic health care for the Tibetan girls in high school.
