Ebony's Road to Rio

Ebonys Story
Ebony Eutsey is a USA Track and Field runner.  It has been Ebony's dream since she was a little girl to one day represent the United States of America in the Olympic Games.  She has made endless sacrifices for the past two years to prepare for the 2016 Olympic Trials.  Ebony is a 400 meter sprint runner.  Thanks to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ; Ebony has been blessed with the health and will to compete.  She has achieved the Olympic standard to compete at the USA Trials held in Eugene, Oregon from July 1 - July 3.  If Ebony makes it through the trials, she will represent the USA in the 2016 Olympics in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil.

-2010 ESPN RISE magazine Cover Athlete
-2011 Gatorade Athlete of the year in Florida
-2011 World Youth Champion
-Number 1 Ranked Track and FIeld Athlete coming out of High School
-2014 Graduate and Proud Florida Gator 
-2014 NACAC 4x100 Relay Champion
-4 Year All American at University of Florida
-International Competitor
-2016 Florida Relays 400 meter - First Place
-Trains with Legendary Coach, Brooks Johnson at Disney Wide World of Sports


Need for the Funds
The proximity of the Olympic Trials (July) and the Olympics (August)will cause Ebony's workouts to intesify greatly and her schedule will be very time demanding.  This will not allow Ebony the opportunity to continue substitute teaching.  Ebony will fly from Orlando to San Diego, California to train at the Chula Vista National Training Center from June 18 - June 29. From San Diego, Ebony will fly to Eugene Oregon for the Olympic Trials.  That being said, the expenses will include; flights, hotels, training costs, food, monthly expenses, and more.  If you are able to donate any monetary amount to Ebony's Road to Rio, it would mean the world to Ebony and her family.  Every little bit, large or small helps.  Please consider giving to a great cause and help to make a dream come true.  Thank You everyone for your consideration.
