Ear4Zoe

 Why?  My daughter Zoe is 5yrs old and has Microtia due to Goldenhar Syndrome. My love is the most loving, sweet heart you will ever meet. Zoe loves to perform for her family by singing her own songs and dancing. Her best friend/little sister Emma play dress-up Disney princesses tea party everyday. Zoe will be having ear and head surgery called Medpor reconstruction technique founded by Dr. Reinisch that will create an ear for her on August 28th 2017. The doctors are located in CA and this type of surgery is not available in AZ yet. How the money being spent? There will be travel expenses and out of pocket medical costs. According to EarCommunity.org “many families may end up paying anywhere from $0 to about $2,500 depending on your deductible and copay…” The doctor’s office explained to us that our insurance doesn’t cover her hearing aid and some other surgical procedures. How the money will help? These donations will help our one income family with renting a vehicle, hotel, food, gas, anything not covered by insurance. This surgery will be high risk due to her having Goldenhar Syndrome. We have faith in our Lord that she will be safe during her 9 hour surgery.
