EPAWA (Eastern Plains Animal Welfare Alliance)  is a 501C-3 Non-Profit organization located in Burlington, CO.

 To be proactive and involved within the community encouraging responsible pet ownership through education, to promote the spaying and neutering of pets to lessen the effects of pet overpopulation, to provide programs and services which enhance the bond between animal and people, to advocate for animals and their welfare.

What do we do:
-Trap-Neuter-Return Program for our homeless community cats and kittens
-Burlington Dog Pound Rescues and Fostering
-Low Cost Spay and Neuter Clinics
-Community Animal Treatment Education
-Pet Adoptions and Rescues

All proceeds will go to help local animals.  Epawa has many costs including:
- Spaying /neutering and vaccinations of dogs rescued from the pound
- Food costs while fostering rescued animals
- Expenses of holding Low Cost Spay and Neuter Clinics
- Gas costs while transporting animals for spaying/neutering or going to new foster homes
