Send EM to the Dominican Republic!

Hey Friends,

As most of you know, I recently moved to Seattle to be close to my sister and to work as a personal trainer at Experience Momentum, a physical therapy and wellness clinic in Lynnwood, WA.  The time I have spent here has been a whirlwind of crazy new adventures and uncertainties but I have never been more inspired for all that is yet to come. A big part of that is where I work, and I'm thankful to say I have been welcomed into a group of people who truly represent all that I hope to be.

What we do inside these walls is life changing, but our focus is far beyond that and I'm proud to say that our company is a part of 1% for the planet, meaning 1% of our profit is donated to outside non-profit organizations that line up with our beliefs and morals as a company. We are also involved with a company called "Plant With Purpose" who works in various countries helping people to become self sustainable by teaching them skills that allow them to bring themselves out of poverty and to provide for themselves and their families. (I posted a link so you can see a little bit more about this if you're interested.) 

One of their representatives came to speak with us last week and what they're doing out there is pretty remarkable. Because we have made special contributions to their team, we have been given the opportunity to actually go down to the a town called Maizal in the Dominican Repulic and if I can come up with the money to cover my trip I will be joining with our staff to go down there this March!!

As I have yet to venture out of the United States I think its safe to say this trip would be life changing not only for who I will be able to help, but for me as well. So with that being said, ANYTHING you guys can give would mean the world to me, even $5 will make a difference.  Unfortunately after the move and trying to get my business going the only way I'll be able to attend is if I can get this trip fully funded so my goal is the total $1,700.

The trip won't be until March but because we need to know in advance who can attend, I have 60 days to come up with the money, bringing my deadline to August 22nd. If at that point I have raised the full $1,700 I will be able to attend, but if not, nothing will be charged to your card. It will only show up if my full goal is to be met.
